Upper School
- B A L L E T -
Ballet III: (Ages 11-12) A Ballet class that continues to build strength, flexibility, and proper technique. At this level, steps continue to build and become more difficult and numerous. It is recommended that students in Ballet III take two classes weekly.
Ballet IV: (Ages 13+) Body placement and strength continue to be developed and quality of movement is emphasized. Pointe work begins at Ballet IV if student is ready. This class is by teacher placement only. Two or more ballet classes weekly are required for this level.
Intermediate/Advanced Ballet: (Ages 15+) This class is for the committed dancer. They include advanced steps, more advanced pointe work, some partnering, choreography and variations. This class is by teacher placement only. Two or more ballet classes weekly are required for this level.
Pointe: This class is for the dancer who is ready to move to more advanced pointe work. It is a class devoted to the continued strengthening and improvement of the dancers pointe work. This class is by instructor approval only.
Adult Ballet: (Ages 16+) This class is designed for the teen or adult who wants build coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, and grace through movement. This class provides an excellent outlet of dance.

Irish I: (Ages 9+) Irish dance is characterized by a stiff upper body, quick foot movement, and jumps that make the dancer look like they are hanging in the air. Irish dancing is fun, challenging, and definitely hight energy! If you’re looking to get your start in Irish dancing, this is the class for you!
Irish II: (Ages 11+) Irish dance is characterized by a stiff upper body, quick foot movement, and jumps that make the dancer look like they are hanging in the air. Irish dancing is fun, challenging, and definitely hight energy! This class is for the more experienced Irish dancer, enrollment is based on instructor approval.
Hardshoe: (Ages 11+): Irish dance is performed in both soft and hard shoe. Hard shoe dances are full of the sounds of heels clicking, toes tapping, and feet stomping. Enrollment is based on instructor approval.

Tap I/II: (Ages: 8+) This class focuses on building on the foundations of tap introduced in the Little Tappers class. It allows students to be creative and have fun while learning more advanced tap combinations. Students will learn skills of rhythm, coordination, flexibility, and classroom etiquette, while also interacting with and encouraging each other.
- C O N T E M P O R A R Y -
Contemporary I: (Ages 10-14) A foundational intro to contemporary for the younger dancer. Exploring new ways to control the body and expand creativity in a different way of moving. Introducing musicality and release based technique. This class is for the young dancer who is ready to take on a new approach to expressing themself through dance. (Enrollment in a ballet class is also recommended, as it is a foundational to dance.)
Contemporary II: (Ages 15+) A contemporary class that continues to introduce the different dynamics of contemporary through the release based technique. This class is at a beginner/intermediate pace, including choreography, progressional work, and breaking down technique. (Enrollment in a ballet class is also recommended, as it is a foundational to dance.)
Int/Adv. Contemporary: (Ages 15+) This class is for the more experienced and advanced contemporary dancer that already has a foundation of ballet and contemporary technique. A quicker paced class with more advanced choreography and more dynamic movement. A fusion of different modern styles, release technique, and musicality to form a unique style of movement that focuses on music and emotion that expresses a deeper meaning. (Enrollment in a ballet class is recommended, as it is a foundational to dance.)

Hip Hop: (Ages 9+) This class is designed for older dancers wanting to gain more experience with hip hop. Dancers will learn more advanced hip hop styles, a wide variety of hip hop tricks, and hip hop choreography that is both fun and a healthy challenge!
